PIPER

Levi reacts instinctively, letting out a moan that rumbles deep in his chest and sends shivers dancing down my spine. "Sweetheart, this is far better than any dessert I’ve ever eaten," he whispers back, his fingers pressing into the flesh at my hips.

Our lips meet again, this time with an urgency that leaves no room for words. I lose myself in the sensation of his mouth moving against mine, the rough stubble on his jaw grazing my cheek. His hands slide up my back, pulling me flush against him.

It's nothing like I've ever experienced before—this raw, intense desire that holds nothing back. This is the kind of passion you read about in romance novels, not something that happens in real life, certainly not in my life. But here it is. As real and compelling as the taste of him on my lips.

"Piper." Levi's voice is deep and raspy, almost a growl. "I can’t keep kissing you.”

I pull back, confused. "What?"

The side of his mouth curves into a grin as he wraps his big, meaty hand around the back of my neck. “Not on your mouth, anyway. I need something more.”

My eyes widen in understanding. “Ohhh.”

Levi grins, his fingers tangling my hair as he tilts my head to expose my neck. He trails a series of light kisses on my skin, causing me to tremble and clutch at his shoulders. "That is, if you're OK with it?" he asks, his lips brushing against my skin with each whispered word.

I swallow, my mouth suddenly dry. “I am…I’m totally OK with it. But just to be clear. You're asking me if you can eat my, er, pussy, right?”

Levi's laughter is warm against my flushed skin, easing the tension that had wound its way around my stomach. "Yes, Piper," he rumbles. "That's exactly what I'm asking."

A thrill of anticipation pulses through me and my breath catches in my throat. This is uncharted territory, a book I've yet to navigate. Sure, I've had boyfriends, flings even, but this...no one has ever done this for me.

"OK," I manage to force out.

Levi’s eyes intensify and his lips crash against mine again, this time with an uncontainable hunger that sends a shiver of pleasure rippling through me. I cling to him for dear life, his mouth firm and demanding, his tongue dancing with mine.

His hands leave me momentarily, fingers wandering up to unfasten the buttons of my blouse. He peels it off me, revealing my lacy bra. His breath hitches as he takes it all in—the swell of my breasts barely held in by the delicate fabric.
